Shipping Policy

 

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Shipping Within Australia

Express shipping with signature upon delivery is $15. Orders over $400 is eligible for free shipping.  
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for selected orders.
Shipping rates and delivery times may vary by destination.

Processing Time

Please allow time for packing and dispatch.
Ready-made pieces are usually sent within a few business days.
Made-to-order and commissioned pieces will require a longer production time.

Local Pick-up

The Rose St Artists' Market / St Kilda Esplanade Market, or studio by appointment.
Please contact SAW Atelier in advance to arrange a suitable time.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

At SAW Atelier, each piece is carefully handmade and may contain natural variations that reflect the character of handmade jewellery. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

If the jewellery fails to meet your expectations, SAW Atelier offers customers 30 days from the day their order is shipped to return it. Pre-ordered items and commissioned work cannot be refunded or exchanged, but if there are any questions, you can always contact us for help.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order at sawatelier@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the item.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, where applicable, the item must be:

  • returned in its original condition

  • unworn and unused

  • returned with original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to assess the item before approving a remedy, as businesses are allowed to inspect goods before providing a repair, replacement, or refund.

The shipping cost will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please email us at sawatelier@gmail.com

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind:

  • custom or commissioned pieces

  • made-to-order items

  • personalised items

  • workshop bookings

  • sale items

The customer is responsible for providing the correct ring size for all ring orders. If a resize is required upon receiving the item, SAW Atelier offers this service with a fee. If the ring cannot be resized, it can be exchanged for other items or store credit.
